I am so happy to be documenting your family through visual storytelling. My goal is to honestly document your day to day life highlighting the little moments you truly want to cherish forever. Filling out this questionnaire will help me get an idea of the key moments are that are most important to you. I want this film to accurately depict your real day to day life.
