Bohemian baby photo session

This little wicker moses basket has been the best thing to happen for the sole reason of cute baby portraits!

Does he sleep in the moses basket you ask? NOPE.

Does it photograph like a dream? HECK YES IT DOES!

I mean in all reality as most momma’s know what you buy vs. what your baby ends up liking can be polar opposites. Sometimes those things on your must have list are never even used!!!

While I did score this moses basket for free, I lost the cushion for it and couldn’t find one to fit this particular basket ANYWHERE so I ended up having to make one myself out of some foam from the craft store.

I also had to buy the moses basket stand as well – all this stress and inconvenience all in the end for some pretty photo ops hahaha!!

Vance is a side sleeper so this is a no go for him. We are a co sleeping crew and at the end of the day I’m not mad at that! Soaking up all the sweet baby cuddles while I can.

Ellie is such an attentive big sister, anytime I break out the camera for some baby portraits she runs right over and has to be a part of them somehow.
